How a supply order runs
Every organisation's order follows the same steps, so your team always knows what has been agreed and what comes next.
- Requirement: you tell us the roles, the approximate headcount, the sites and the date you need the uniforms
- Visit: we come to your premises, or you visit our Ras Al Khaimah showroom, to review fabrics, garments and branding
- Measurements: we measure your staff on site, or work from the size list you send; women are always measured by women
- Quotation: you receive a written quotation for each garment, fabric and branding method
- Sample: you approve a sample, including the embroidered or printed logo, before production starts
- Production: cutting, sewing, embroidery and printing in our workshop, then a quality check before packing
- Delivery: packed by department, site or employee and delivered to your locations in any emirate
What to include in your request for quotation
A clear request gets you a clear quotation faster. If some of these points are still open, send what you have and we will fill the gaps during the visit.
- The roles to be dressed and the garments for each, for example shirts, trousers, tunics, chef coats, scrubs or coveralls
- Headcount per role, with a size breakdown if you have one, or a request for on-site measurements
- Working conditions: outdoor heat, kitchens, laundry rooms, chemicals or frequent industrial washing
- Your logo file and where it should go: chest, sleeve, back or cap front, plus any staff names
- Delivery sites, the date you need the uniforms and how they should be packed
- How many sets each person receives, and how you expect to order for new staff and replacements

Large organisations add staff, open branches and replace worn garments all year. We keep your approved designs, fabrics, logo stitch files and staff sizes on record, so a reorder or a set for a new member of staff matches the first delivery without starting again.
Individual names can be embroidered on each garment from the list you send, and each person's items can be packed and labelled separately, so distribution on site is quick.
Minimums, lead times and prices
Minimum order quantities, lead times and prices depend on the garment, the fabric and the branding method, so they are confirmed in each written quotation rather than in a price list.
