Choosing the right coverall fabric
The right coverall depends on the job, the climate and your site's safety rules. We help you choose between the main options.
- Cotton: breathable and comfortable in heat, suited to general maintenance and workshop work
- Poly-cotton: harder-wearing and quicker-drying, holds colour well through industrial washing
- Hi-vis: fluorescent fabric or panels with reflective tape for roadside, port and warehouse work
- Flame-retardant: for sites where heat, flame or electrical risk requires it
Details that make a coverall practical
We pay attention to the details workers notice: full-length front zips or stud closures, chest and leg pockets for tools and phones, elasticated waists for a better fit, and reinforced seams at the crotch, knees and pockets. Reflective tape can be added for low-light work.
For flame-retardant coveralls, tell us the protection standard your site works to and we will confirm suitable fabric before quoting.
Branding and bulk supply
Logos are embroidered or printed on the chest and back so crews are easy to identify on shared sites. We supply in bulk by size breakdown and can pack by crew, site or shift. Approved designs stay on file for repeat orders.
Comfort in the heat
Coveralls are worn for long shifts in high temperatures, so we look at breathability as closely as durability. Lighter-weight cotton suits indoor maintenance and workshops. For outdoor crews we discuss fabric weight, colour and ventilation options so workers stay protected without overheating.
